The exams have finished, and I've been home for several days now. It's weird to think that that's all over... just graduation to attend, maybe a few details to attend to. I dunno. I have plans to get a job and stuff, but it seems that I have until the graduation ceremony to get stuff sorted.

I'm working on stuff right now, and expect a dearth of work later on.

In the mean time, hope everyone's well!

And now I just have exams, so I should update regularlyish again.

Dear all,
It has been a nice couple of months, managing to upload art at least once a week, even if it's just photos, but I've got to focus on my studies for now. Until at least the end of april, and probably a bit beyond, I will only add art if I REALLY want to (i.e. I need opinions on a W.I.P) and to upload a couple of prizes that I owe.

I will still go online to look at art and comment. I will just be less active.

And I'm saying this on the off chance that someone actually expects me to upload stuff once a week.

It's MARCH already. Time to clear away my "Happy New Year" journal.

Um... to make this useful...
I can't think of anything I want to say in this.

It's six past midnight here in the UK, so it's time for me to say so!

Just something I came across while looking for free games. It seems that the evolution of 'anime' style was a lot more complex than I thought, and the extremly anime styles I grew up watching were a product of the budget.

Dear Secret Santa,
For :icontraidingpie:'s event, I would like an image featuring one or more of:
1: My character Edev: [link] [link]
2: Sakuya from Kuon: [link] [link]
3: Um... Baek On Ju/ Yoo Ju from Time and Again: [link]

I feel like this will result in something kinda odd.
Whoever you are, good luck and hope you get a good one!
Sincerly,
Icecheetah

It's logged me out twice over the past twelce hours, and when I try to send messages, sometimes it's like "no valid response recieved."
Guess I have to clear my cookies... damn. That means I'll have to create a new Nico nico account because I can't for the life of me remember my answer to the security question.
Edit: And it turns out that I just needed to try again. No idea why it was going for the security question before.

A while back I promised an art dump. Instead, I entered a quiet period, and I'm not talking to anyone as much as I used to. I'm fine, it's just that life happened and is still happening.

I've been very inactive lately, so I've decided to finally finish all the old stuff I have scanned in and post it. Expect a boost in art, though it'll be OLD.

Uni life is brilliant! Hard work, but brilliant. I've got classes, and I've started to learn stuff about music composition and singing in my spare time. My roommates are great, I end up being distracted from my work by them a lot, but I can manage. Worst comes to worst, I can lock myself in my room over night for the first time in my life.
Yeah... four (technicly five) years in uni and I haven't pulled an all nighter. ^^;

Edit: Sorted! Well, not quite yet, but I know what the problem appears to be, and how to fix it!
And all my stuff is still there. It was just... hidden?
Anyway, the problem seems to be that my user profile became corrupted, so windows loaded a default one instead. So, basicly I had to create a new user account and copy all the stuff that was in the old account and hidden, or something, into the new account.
Thank you Tech Support Forum!

Old entry:

A while back I complained that my old computer was dying. It survived, the fact that I can type this is proof, as it is the computer that can access the internet. However, my newer computer, which was usually a serene and reletivly glitch free one, had a major berk up today.
Basicly, it's been reset to new computer-ness.
It has all the programmes that were pre-installed and the ones that I downloaded, but all my personal stuff, a tonne of photos, a tonne of music, all my settings and add ons and stuff like that are all gone. Unless it was in the recycle bin. For some reason, the stuff in that is still there. Like the recycle bin protected it.
It's kinda like it just decided to format itself. Incompletly.
Luckily I back things up a LOT, but there's another thing to this.

Know how I went on a swiss trip? I have to write a report on it. 50% of my grade is based on that report. To do it, I need the programmes on that computer. They still work, but...
I'm kinda scared that the whole thing is just... unstable. That I'll work on it, and then the thing will just crash again. And I don't know what might cause it to.

And all that stuff is genuinly gone. I had a look at how much storage is being used, and the answer is a good chunk less than there was. I don't even know how it's possible that stuff I have backed up on small pen drives could take up 20% of my disk space.

I'm back from Switzerland! It was awesome! And I learned a heck of a lot. I can point at a daisy and say "That's an Asteracae! Just like a sunflower! And Strawberries are Rosaceae!".

Pics and stories will come when I can access my own computer. If I can get my dying camera to work. Turns out mum was right about me needing a new one.

Tomorrow, I will be heading off.
I'm doing a Field Course in Switzerland for two weeks starting on the 20th of June, and during that time I will not have any internet access whatsoever.  But I'm heading off tomorrow for various reasons, including picking up equipment on the 17th. I might be online occasionally until the evening of the 19th, but I'm not sure about that.
So, see you all!

I may not be able to reply to any comments E.T.C because my home laptop is dying. It is the only laptop I have that can connect to the internet here (for some reason, my better laptop can't so much as acknowledge the existence of the home wireless).
It's been dying for a while. First, for the last week or so, if I turned it on and just left it for a while to give it time to load everything, it would crash as soon as I wiggled the mouse and I'd have to unplug it. Today I did a disk check, and it skipped a large part of it, to go to the desktop and throw up error messages for pretty much EVERYTHING. I couldn't even shut down properly because everything would dissappear for a few seconds every time I hit the start button.

So, yeah. Errors eating my computer, I might not be able to talk or anything.

Edit: Tried a Free PC tuneup thing. Seems to have worked so far, but I can't be sure quite yet.

A good CD cleaner? Most of my CDs, DVDs and stuff have scratches, varying from "Makes it Skip" to the "Are you sure this is a disk?" variety, so I want a way to sort them out without sending them to be cleaned individually. But I don't really know what to look for.

Did you know that you can only get 1000 results for a deviantart search? There goes my idea of finding every image that suits my taste.
(well, it was a stupid idea in the first place, but this discovery kinda bit.)

I'm (along with the other members of the Stirling Uni art club) going to have my work featured in the above exhibition! I'm not sure where, but I'm probably going to be clumped together with the other (superior) works, so if (on the very off chance) you happen to be about St. Andrew's from the 17th-24th, just ask where the Stirling Students are (or for the works with the theme "Change And Movement"). Mine will be the large comicish thing made of pastels and collage, featuring a bridge and the people at it during the seasons. Each 'frame' will have the little "Cat Over Moon" symbol that you see on all my works.

Welp, I have to go and work on it more! And eat...

You're searching google images for references of a character.
You find a really good image.
You open it into a new window.
You yank out the network cable because you got an obviously infectious pop-up of virus infectioness. Pretending to be a virus scanner.

This happens every time I search google images. Why are the best images always like this?
